3) eat healthy, homemade food…like…. Fresh and green vegetables, colourful vegetables, spinach ,awala juice ,fruits like awala, carrot, almond, walnuts, milk, curd, vitamin A , etc.
The sources of vitamin A include plant sources, such as amaranth, carrots, bell peppers, capsicum, citrus fruits, papaya, mangoes, and other red-yellow fruits and vegetables. Animal sources such as eggs and butter, fish are rich in vitamin A .
4) Do sun Pooja, Surya namaskar, give water to rising sun by looking through offering water, chanting Surya mantra, chanting aaditya hriday strota, using copper pot, chanting Gayatri mantra
5) doing some eye exercises, do Shirshasana ( शीर्षासन) ,
6) donate something for blind people, blind kids or organisation for blind.
7) chant or listen chakshu strota… 12 times.. ( chakshushupnishad or chakshu Vidhya).
8)keep control ur BP and diabetes…to avoid many other problems of eyes .
9) use homemade Kajal or surma ( of mustard oil) on eyes
10) donate two silver eyes to Naina Devi on Sunday / Monday/ Friday… Pray for good vision or good eye ( for any combination).
11) donate two silver eyes to hanuman ji on Sunday/Monday… Pray for good vision or good eyes ( people ask many types of mannat ).
12) chanting mahamrityunjay mantra, chanting om namah shivay mantra, chanting om Chandra Shekharay namah, offering milk + water to shivling. Take that Abhishek water and touch ur close eyes for good vision.
